Bet on this market on PolymarketThe table above shows the live outright odds from Polymarket’s 2026/27 Champions League winner market, which has had more than $60 million traded. Each price is what traders are paying for a share that pays $1 if that club lifts the trophy.
How to Read the Odds
A price is a probability. 25¢ means a 25% chance, decimal odds of 4.00, fractional 3/1 or American +300. The table converts every price for you.
The Buy now column shows the decimal odds you’d get buying this second, at the best offer and after the taker fee. On the favourites the gap to the market price is small. On the long shots, where the order book is thinner, it widens, so use a limit order.
Why the Prices Move the Way They Do
A Champions League winner market behaves differently from a league title market. The league phase barely moves the favourites, because most big clubs get through. The real moves come at the knockout draw and in the two-legged ties, when a club’s chance can halve in 90 minutes.
That’s where being able to sell matters. You can back a club in the autumn, then sell after it reaches the quarter-finals, or between legs, at the new price. With a bookmaker the only exit is a cash-out offer, which usually sits 10% to 20% below the bet’s fair value.
Polymarket vs Bookmaker Outright Odds
In my experience, bookmakers’ outright markets carry a margin of about 10% to 20%, well above what they take on a single match. Add up the implied chances of every club and you get 110% or more. Polymarket’s prices come from traders and add up to roughly 100%. You pay a small taker fee when you buy at the offer, and nothing when your limit order fills.
And because Polymarket isn’t the other side of your bet, it has no reason to limit you for winning. The size you can bet is limited only by the order book, and on the leading clubs that’s deep.
How the Market Settles
The market settles on the club that wins the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League, using official UEFA information (or a consensus of credible reporting). A club’s shares settle at $0 as soon as it’s eliminated. If the competition is cancelled or no winner is declared by 19 June 2027, the market settles to “Other”.
